Q: Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes. We can produce according to customer’s idea.

Q: How about the delivery cost and tax cost?

A: Delivery cost is depend on the way, destination and weight. And tax is depend on customer’s local customs.

Q: How do you ship the goods?

A: For bulk orders we usually ship by air, train and sea. You can also choose to ship small orders by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Usually 3-7 working days after sample payment, 20-35 working days for bulk order.

Q: Do you have a MOQ limit for your LED light order?

A: Low MOQ, 1 piece for sample inspection

Q: Does your lighting equipment have CE or more certificates?

A: Yes, we have CE certificate and CB, IEC ,ROHS, etc. We also have an ISO 9001 certificate..

How to ensure product quality?

A: Our factory will inspect each lamp 4 times. At the same time, we have a professional quality control team responsible for checking and controlling all orders from raw materials to finished products. All products will undergo high-pot test and lighting aging test.
